Haiku Hymn

I wrote this haiku after seeing this picture on the internet. What I wrote sounds like it should be read at a funeral followed by Amen. So I called it Haiku hymn.
I'm entering it into the Thursday Poets Rally
and Poets Pantry 52

I reside on earth
Yet where I belong is hell
You smile in heaven

  15. Hello Andy. This is a great picture in words. Haiku seems so very difficult. What? No Romantic Friday this week? Missed your story.
